Three developers, one question.

The information big investors are legally required to disclose is public, so why can nobody read it? We build TradingScope as the answer: making public data genuinely usable for an ordinary investor.

How we work

Four principles you can hold us to.

Official sources only

Trade data is read from SEC EDGAR; there are no rumours, social media or "according to a source". Every row has a filing number behind it.

Data, not advice

We never say buy or sell. We show what happened; the user decides what to do. This is written on every screen of the app.

We don't sell data

No ads, no data sales. The phone number is used only for sign-in and is deleted permanently when the account is deleted.

Measurable accuracy

We compare the trade price in the filing against our closing price for that day; if the deviation exceeds 2%, the release does not ship.

Little data, short retention

Only what is needed is collected: number, name, preferences. Verification codes expire in five minutes; logs are deleted after 30 days.

Small and reachable

The developer answers the support inbox personally. A user who reports a bug is told which release contains the fix.

Product status

Where we are.

iOS · App Store approved

The app has passed Apple's review and is ready for release. The release date will be announced on the home page.

How to get it

Android · closed testing

Same codebase; Google Play's closed-testing requirements are being completed.

Write for early access

Data · live

Form 4 scan every 30 minutes, 13F quarterly; 315 US stocks and more than 300 famous-investor trades on record.
